What you can look forward to as Assistant General Manager - Sales (m/f/d):
- Drive proactive customer engagement through leadership alignment, early need identification, and strong promotion of ZF Product Solution
- Business Case preparation & Approval from ZF Management
- Prepare Techno-Commercial Proposal & win business maintaining profitability
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and build lasting rapport.
- Manage system-driven order processes, including Navision sales order approvals and price updates
- Lead Acquisition for new RFQs, fulfil all customer documentation for new RFQs (e.g. NDA, Cost breakdown, Supply agreement etc)
- Prepare Sales & Operational Plan to drive Business,
This Job Role is part of Job Family "Sales & Market" / Sub-Job-Family "Customer Sales and Development" and includes jobs responsible for the penetration of a defined number of defined Key Customers, including building sound networks between ZF and its customers in both technical and commercial aspects, and at all hierarchical levels, to prepare short-term business opportunities and long term business relations with dedicated key customers.
