Assistant General Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage commercial projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Oversee turnkey projects, including fit-out works, interior design, and project coordination.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in corporate interiors or related field (fitness & wellness).
• Proven track record in managing commercial projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of interior works, including design principles and execution methods.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client-facing roles.
