Assistant General Manager - TMT

Shri Lakshmi Steel Suppliers is looking for an experienced TMT Sales Leader to drive sales growth and lead our team across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala for sales of DURASTRONG TMT BARS.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive TMT sales across South India.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
• Lead,mentor and strengthen the sales team.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors and key customers.
• Expand the customer base and identify new market opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competition and pricing developments.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, accounts and finance for smooth order execution, credit control and collections.
• Review sales performance, pipeline and forecasts with senior management.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in TMT Steel or Building Products sales.
• Strong dealer/distributor network and market understanding.
• Proven experience in leading a regional or multi-state sales team.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and commercial skills.
• Ability to speak Kannada and Tamil.
• Willing to travel extensively across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
