Role Purpose:
To lead end-to-end recruitment delivery while leveraging data analytics to improve hiring efficiency, quality, and workforce planning. The role focuses on managing hiring operations, stakeholder engagement, and driving data-driven recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business units.
- Manage bulk, lateral, and niche hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per defined SLAs.
- Drive vendor management and sourcing strategy optimization.
- Conduct stakeholder discussions for manpower planning and hiring priorities.
2. Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges.
- Ensure strong candidate experience and employer branding.
3. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio).
- Build dashboards and reports for leadership review.
- Use data insights to improve hiring strategies and decision-making.
4. Process Improvement & Automation:
- Identify gaps in recruitment processes and implement improvements.
- Drive adoption of ATS and recruitment tools.
- Introduce automation and digital solutions for efficiency.
5. Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters/sourcers.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Provide training and development support.
Experience:
- 15-18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
