Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented AGM Supply Chain Management to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Feed, Shrimp, FMCG, Poultry, or Dairy industry, with a proven ability to optimize costs, improve operational efficiency, ensure product availability, and strengthen supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Supply Chain Management

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

2. Procurement & Vendor Management

• Oversee procurement of raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and other operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, transporters, and service providers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and service-level agreements.

3. Demand Planning & Inventory Management

• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Finance, and Operations teams for demand forecasting and supply planning.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stock-outs, excess inventory, and wastage.
• Implement inventory control systems and monitor stock movement, ageing, and turnover.

4. Warehousing & Logistics

• Optimize freight costs, route planning, vehicle utilization, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure proper storage, material handling, stock reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor logistics performance and ensure timely delivery to customers, distributors, and business units.

5. Team Management & Performance Monitoring

• Lead and develop teams across procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to procurement cost, inventory turnover, order fulfilment, on-time delivery, and logistics efficiency.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, dashboards, and periodic performance reviews for management.

• Expertise in procurement, vendor development, inventory control, demand planning, and logistics.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of cost control, working capital management, and process optimization.
