About this role
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, manage, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Drive both direct sales and channel sales for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, property consultants, investors, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's sales network.
- Monitor the complete sales funnel, including lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, bookings, and closures.
- Analyse sales performance, conversion ratios, inventory movement, and revenue forecasts.
- Work closely with Marketing and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Handle key customer meetings and support closure of high-value deals.
- Participate in project launches, exhibitions, investor meets, channel partner meets, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and pricing.
- Prepare and present sales MIS, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates for leads, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and closures.
- Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Legal, Construction, and Operations teams for smooth sales and customer handover.
- Ensure adherence to approved pricing, discount structures, payment terms, and company policies.
- Identify gaps in sales performance and implement corrective action plans.
- Provide regular market intelligence and strategic inputs to the management.
