About this role
Role & responsibilities: -
- Driven Sales business 2 wheeler sales and finance
- Develop and implement region-wise sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage and lead a team of Area Managers / Sales Managers / Executives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, showrooms, and channel partners
- Ensure loan disbursement targets and portfolio growth
- Monitor collection performance in coordination with collections team
- Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely follow-up for payments.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce NPA.
- Identify new markets and expand dealer network and business reach
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and credit policies
- Drive cross selling of financial products (insurance, top-up loans, etc.)
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance reviews
Additional Requirements:
- Should be willing to travel across the assigned region Immediate joiners preferred
- Strong local market knowledge is an advantage
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of auto finance / NBFC sales operations
- Leadership and team handling skills (30- 50 members team)
- Excellent dealer management and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of credit & risk basics
- Target-driven with strong business development mind-set
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting
- Experience in Bajaj Finance / TVS Credit / HDFC Bank Auto Loans / Shriram Finance / Cholamandalam Finance/ Any NBFC preferred
- Strong exposure in vehicle loan disbursement and dealer handling
