Assistant General Manager -Sales & Marketing

Role & responsibilities :

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network across industrial and commercial segments.

Manage domestic sales of coal products, including thermal coal, imported coal, and other solid fuel products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with power plants, cement manufacturers, steel plants, sponge iron units, paper mills, brick manufacturers, and other industrial consumers.

Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with customers and business partners.

Monitor market trends, coal pricing, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, MIS reports, and business performance reviews.

Develop and mentor the sales team to achieve business objectives.
