Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead and manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and turnkey projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project planning, estimation, billing, client management, site execution, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of interior and turnkey projects.
• Prepare project estimations, BOQs, budgets, and billing schedules.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide project status updates.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and building regulations.
• Manage project financials, cost control, and profitability.
• Lead project teams and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Resolve project-related challenges and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and stipulated timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong experience in Interior Fit-Out, Corporate Interiors, and Turnkey Projects.
• Expertise in project estimation, billing, budgeting, and execution.
• Proven experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• PMP certification will be an added advantage.
