Assistant General Manager Operations

Responsibility

• Drive overall performance of stores, including sales, profitability, productivity and customer experience.
• Lead large teams, manpower planning and performance management across the assigned geography.
• Ensure SOP, regulatory compliance, audits, inventory availability and operational standards.'
• Drive process improvement, cost efficiency, new initiatives and business growth.
  Monitor MIS and KPIs, coordinate cross-functionally and execute strategic operational plans.

Office Timing : Mon to Sat ( 10am to 7pm)
