Assistant General Manager - Mental Health

Department: Mental Health & Wellness

Tasks :

• Lead The National Mental Health & Wellness Division, Driving Strategic Growth, Business Development And Nationwide Expansion Of Wellness Services.
• Establish And Scale Mental Health And Wellness Centres, Ensuring Sustainable Operations, Accessibility And Effective Service Delivery.
• Develop Strategic Partnerships With Government, Public Institutions, Corporates And Healthcare Organisations To Expand The Reach Of Wellness Initiatives.
• Drive New Business Opportunities, Programme Development And Market Expansion To Build A Sustainable And Scalable Business Vertical.
• Ensure Quality Standards, Service Excellence, Clinical Governance And Regulatory Compliance Across All Mental Health And Wellness Programmes.
• Monitor Business Performance, Programme Outcomes And Stakeholder Satisfaction, While Continuously Improving Service Models And National Impact.

Requirements

Maximum Age: 50 years as on 01.08.2026

Basic pay range: Rs. [phone removed]/-
Gross Salary: Rs.121620/- (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Annual CTC: Rs.17.06 lakh (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale

Qualification:
Essential: Graduation in Science with MBA in Marketing / Operations Management

Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in business development, institutional sales or project development in mental health, behavioural wellness, healthcare, rehabilitation or allied services, including stakeholder engagement and development of sustainable service models.
Desirable: Experience in Government business, partnerships with healthcare institutions or NGOs, client acquisition, proposal and bid development, programme design, quality standards and national or multi-location project implementation.
