Position: Assistant General Manager Legal

Education: LL.B. (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- International IPR (Must Have): Handling applications, registrations, oppositions, objections, renewals, trademark searches, journal watch, etc.
- Domestic IPR: Handling trademarks, patents, copyrights, and designs, including applications, registrations, oppositions, objections, renewals, trademark searches, and journal watch.
- Preparation and filing of oppositions against deceptively similar trademarks.
- Liaising with International and Indian IPR attorneys for timely execution of work.
- Overseeing regulatory compliances under Drugs, Legal Metrology, FSSAI, Biodiversity, and Plastic Waste Management Rules.
- Tracking amendments in relevant laws and updating the team accordingly.
Mandatory Requirement: Hands-on experience in International IPR is essential.
