Regional lead oversees business operations, sales, and performance across multiple locations within a specific geographic area. Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth, managing budgets, implementing strategies, mentoring staff, and ensuring high operational standards and customer satisfaction. They act as the liaison between head office and local branches

This position is responsible for promoting the entire range of premium bathroom fittings, sanitary ware, faucets, Hot water solutions, showers enclosures, wellness products, and lighting solutions, within an assigned region. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and well-being, possess strong relationship-building skills, and have a knack for driving sales through effective product presentations and training. The role is to drive the overall revenue responsibility for the Wellness division. You will drive lot of revenue generation and market development activities within assigned area to bring the desired results in respective market.

• Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations and product training sessions

• Education: Post graduation/Engineering degree preferred.
• Experience: Proven track record of 12-15 years’ experience in sales in a leadership/people manager role.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with pleasing personality, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory
