Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities across corporate and project locations.
• Drive bulk hiring, leadership hiring, and large-scale project recruitment.
• Develop recruitment strategies to meet organizational manpower requirements.
• Manage and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
• Coordinate with senior management, SBU Heads, and Project Heads for manpower planning.
• Ensure timely closure of positions through effective sourcing channels.
• Monitor recruitment MIS, hiring TAT, and team performance.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and Bulk Hiring.
• Experience in Power, EPC, Infrastructure, or Construction industries.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and recruitment portals.
