Assistant General Manager - HR Operations

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to manage end-to-end HR operations, HRIS administration, employee lifecycle processes, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate HR data management, system governance, compliance, and seamless employee experience while partnering with HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits, and offboarding.

- Ensure timely and accurate HR documentation and employee records.

- Handle HR queries through ticketing systems or shared services within defined SLAs.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and HR audits.

SAP SuccessFactors Administration:

- Manage and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System (LMS), and Compensation (preferred).

- Maintain employee master data and organizational structures.

- Perform system testing, UAT, and support new module implementations or enhancements.

- Coordinate with IT and external vendors for issue resolution and system improvements.

- Generate HR dashboards, reports, and analytics using SuccessFactors reporting tools.

HRIS & Data Management:

- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee data.

- Perform regular data audits and reconciliation.

- Create standard and ad-hoc HR reports for management.

- Support HR analytics and workforce reporting.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes.

- Develop SOPs and documentation for HR operations.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience.

Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams.

- Support managers and employees on SuccessFactors usage and HR operational queries.

- Conduct user training and create user guides where required.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

- Experience in one or more additional SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, LMS, Compensation).

- Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

- Experience in HRIS administration and data governance.

- Knowledge of payroll inputs and HR compliance.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting tools.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience working in Shared Services (SSC) or Global Capability Centres (GCC).

- Exposure to HR process automation and digital transformation initiatives.

- Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with SuccessFactors.

- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
