Job Title: Assistant General Manager Finance
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage standalone and group financial consolidation across multiple entities.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting as per Ind AS/IFRS.
- Prepare and review MIS, P&L, cash flow statements, and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors and manage statutory and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
- 8+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in financial reporting (preparation & review), standalone and group consolidation, and reporting for multiple entities.
- Hands-on experience with Ind AS/IFRS, accounting standards, and financial controllership.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP and Advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
