Assistant General Manager - Customer Care - Sales & R&D Functions

Key Highlights:

- Lead Customer Care activities for Sales & R&D functions, ensuring exceptional customer experience.

- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and R&D teams to deliver customer requirements effectively.

- Drive SAP & CRM-based customer engagement, sales support, and process excellence initiatives.

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, customer feedback analysis, and business insights for management.

- Support strategic initiatives and customer engagement programs in collaboration with senior leadership.

- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards across all touchpoints.

- Mentor and develop team members, creating a strong succession pipeline.

Requirements:

- Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma; MBA preferred.

- 15+ years of experience in Pharma Machinery, Compression Tooling, Capital Equipment, or Engineering Products.

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

- Expertise in SAP, CRM, MIS reporting, and stakeholder management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
