Assistant General Manager - Accounts & Finance

Looking for Qualified CA's only.

Experience in Real Estate preferred.

Accounts Receivable :

1. Final Demand workings and File possessions.
2. Co-ordination with CRM team for drafting various IOMs required for smooth File Clearance and follow up with CRM team for pending Sundry Deposit entries.
3. Giving input on various IOM’s prepared by CRM for change in Policies.
4. Customer Cancellation workings and Transfer Workings including workings required by Legal Team. 
5. Referral Benefit Workings and posting the same in customer ledgers.
6. Consulting the taxation team as and when required for the transactions which shall have GST/TDS impact.
7. Checking and posting the Credit notes and any related areas which will impact AR trial balance.
8. Checking and Releasing the Fit- Out Deposit of the Customers.
9. Checking Monthly BRS
10. Rental Billing and Rental MIS
11. Creation of ledgers in SAP
12. FD Workings
13. Quarterly Interest provisions on ICD Loans.
14. Advance from Customers Workings to be prepared for the Auditors currently on an annual basis.
15. Scrutiny of AR side of the TB and resolving queries of Finalization Team/auditors
16. Checking Monthly Interest on loans

Finance:

1. Ensuring Compliance of the Banks, for the LRD facilities sanctioned. (UFCE Certificate, DDR Report, End Use Certificate etc.)
2. Working on the renewals of the limits and resolving Banker’s query.
3. Vetting the sanction terms of the Banks.
4. Valuation of Property (as and when required)
5. Carrying out External Ratings (Yearly basis)
6. Carrying out Title Search Report (as and when required)
7. Working on new proposals. (as and when required)
