Assistant Food And Beverage Controller

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor food and beverage costs across all restaurant outlets.
• Assist in calculating food cost percentage and beverage cost percentage.
• Analyze actual costs against budgeted costs and identify variances.
• Monitor consumption, wastage, spoilage, and pilferage.
• Recommend measures to reduce unnecessary expenses and improve profitability.
