Assistant Finishing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor all finishing works including tiling, painting, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, and false ceiling.
• Ensure work is completed as per quality standards, drawings, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and MEP teams for smooth site execution.
• Conduct quality checks, snag rectification, and ensure timely handover of units.
• Monitor contractor progress, certify bills, and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company processes.

Candidate Profile

• 8 to 10 years of experience in finishing works for high-rise residential projects.
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of finishing activities, quality control, and site coordination.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
