Assistant Finance Manager

Position: Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts

Qualification: MBA/PGDM Finance

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Finance professional with strong manufacturing industry exposure to manage financial operations, MIS, budgeting, analysis and accounting-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities of the manufacturing unit.
• Prepare and analyse MIS, financial reports and management dashboards.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow and working capital.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, banks and other stakeholders.
• Analyse costs and identify opportunities for cost control and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial, statutory and accounting requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of financial and management reports.

Eligibility:

• MBA/PGDM in Finance from a reputed institution.
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong MS Excel and ERP/SAP knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work from Jodhpur.
