Assistant Finance Manager

• Prepare and analyse MIS reports, providing actionable insights for business decisions.
• Manage monthly/quarterly book closures, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for statutory/internal audits and financial reviews.
• Prepare finance reports for management and support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, book closures and audit coordination.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CA Inter would be an added advantage.
