Assistant Finance Manager, Finance

Key Areas of Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Head Office reporting: Assisting in month end close related activities including posting accounting entries and responding to queries raised on month end closing related activities. Local regulatory reporting: Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports to regulators. Invoice processing: Assisting in processing vendor payments. Treasury management: Monitor cash flow, working capital management and coordinate with banks for fixed deposit placement/maturity etc. Financial Analysis: Performing expense analysis and ensuring proper accounting of all operating expenses. Audit support: Liaise with internal and external auditors and provide necessary documentation and explanations. Tax Compliance: Manage timely and accurate filing of all tax returns (direct and indirect taxes) and ensure compliance with applicable laws including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy of financial records, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or recognized professional accounting qualification in finance discipline. 5 – 7 years of working experience in accounting and financial reporting in multinational corporations preferred. Good communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent skills in Microsoft excel. Working knowledge in local tax areas. Hands on knowledge of SAP is a plus. Strong problem solving and multi tasking skills. Able to work independently and attention to details.
