Assistant Finance and Taxation Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting, General Ledger and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare and review MIS, cash flow and financial reports.
• Handle direct & indirect tax compliance and tax returns including TDS.
• Coordinate with auditors and clients.
• Support tax audits, tax planning and transfer pricing matters.
• Handle/review foreign currency and Forex-related accounting transactions.
• Lead and guide the Finance & Tax team.
• Monitor team activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Preferred candidate profile

• 35 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts & Taxation.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling/leadership.
• CA Intermediate qualification.
• Good knowledge of accounting and taxation.
• Knowledge of Forex transactions and foreign currency accounting.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Able to independently handle finance and taxation activities.
