- Develop and implement facility management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues or hazards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of facility services.
- Analyze and resolve complex facility-related problems and complaints.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies.
- Educational qualification: Any Graduate.
