About this role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Facility Manager to join our team in the soft services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, with expertise in soft services such as housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily operations of soft services, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in soft services.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping, security, and maintenance procedures.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and systems.
- Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
