Assistant Facility Manager-Soft Services

The Assistant Manager - Soft Services is responsible for managing day-to-day soft services operations at the GCC location, ensuring a clean, safe, well-maintained, and employee-friendly workplace. The role supports service quality, vendor performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across all soft services functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of soft services, including housekeeping, pantry, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and related support services.
• Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs, quality standards, and workplace experience expectations.
• Manage and monitor service providers, conduct regular audits, and drive corrective actions where needed.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support office operations and employee comfort.
• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and overall workplace presentation across all common areas and workspaces.
• Support implementation of soft services processes, SOPs, and site compliance requirements.
• Track and report service performance, audits, complaints, and resolution status.
• Assist in budget tracking, invoice verification, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, security, and statutory requirements relevant to soft services.
• Lead or support special events, workplace moves, and office setup activities as required.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor site soft services staff and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent
• Additional certification in facilities management or hospitality is preferred

Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in soft services / facilities operations
• Experience managing corporate office or GCC workplace environments preferred
• Experience in vendor management and service excellence is an advantage

Working Conditions

• Full-time onsite role
• May require extended hours during events, audits, incidents, or critical operational needs
