Position Name: Assistant Facility Manager (Sales Gallery & Sample Flat)

Role Purpose:

The Assistant Manager Sales Gallery & Sample Flat will be responsible for the overall upkeep, readiness, maintenance, and presentation of the sales gallery and sample flats to ensure an excellent customer experience and support the sales team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Sales Gallery and Sample Flats are always maintained and ready for customer visits.
• Monitor overall upkeep, cleanliness, housekeeping, and presentation standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and agencies for maintenance and rectification works.
• Ensure all furniture, fixtures, fittings, dcor, appliances, and display materials are maintained in proper working condition.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify requirements for repairs, replacement, or improvement.
• Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, Projects, Design, MEP, Housekeeping, Security, and Facility Management teams.
• Monitor housekeeping and support staff deployed at the Sales Gallery and Sample Flats.
• Manage vendor activities and ensure timely completion of maintenance and service requirements.
• Maintain records of assets, consumables, maintenance activities, and vendor services.
• Ensure high standards of ambience, aesthetics, cleanliness, and customer experience.
• Support management during events, launches, customer visits, and special site visits.
• Prepare periodic MIS and status reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Hospitality / Facility Management / Business Administration / Related Discipline.
• 58 years of relevant experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Facility Management, Luxury Retail, or Customer Experience.
• Experience in managing Sales Galleries, Sample Flats, Experience Centres, Clubhouses, or premium customer-facing facilities will be preferred.
