Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Facility Manager – Soft Services to manage and coordinate day-to-day soft facility management operations at our client site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day soft services operations including housekeeping, pantry, waste management and other support services.
• Supervise housekeeping and facility staff and ensure proper manpower deployment.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and overall facility standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and service partners for smooth service delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs and client requirements.
• Handle client coordination and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
• Monitor attendance, manpower productivity and service quality.
• Ensure availability and proper usage of cleaning materials, consumables and equipment.
• Support audits, inspections and implementation of safety and hygiene standards.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Diploma preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in Soft Services / Facility Management.
• Experience in Housekeeping, Facility Management, Vendor Management and Client Coordination.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations and service delivery.
