Assistant Facilities Manager - Soft services & Technical

1. Manage day-to-day operations of a 75,000 sq. ft. corporate facility, ensuring uninterrupted and efficient service delivery.

2. Supervise Housekeeping, Pantry, Security, Helpdesk, Vendor Management and other IFM services as applicable.

3. Have working knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, DG, UPS, BMS, fire & life safety systems, plumbing and basic MEP operations**.

4. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities and coordinate with technical teams/vendors for timely resolution.

5. Conduct daily facility inspections and ensure compliance with **SLA, KPI, SOP, HSE and statutory requirements**.

6. Manage manpower deployment, attendance, grooming, training, discipline and performance of facility teams.

7. Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders for complaints, work permits, breakdowns, projects and ad-hoc requirements.

8. Maintain facility MIS, AMC records, PPM schedules, equipment logs, statutory registers, inventory and operational documentation.

9. Monitor consumables, spares, energy/utilities and service costs, supporting effective **cost control and resource optimization**.

10. Drive audits, RCA/CAPA, emergency preparedness, safety initiatives and continuous improvement to enhance overall facility performance.

11. Drive MMR & QBR and Monthly Billing and Collections.
