4. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities and coordinate with technical teams/vendors for timely resolution.

5. Conduct daily facility inspections and ensure compliance with **SLA, KPI, SOP, HSE and statutory requirements**.

6. Manage manpower deployment, attendance, grooming, training, discipline and performance of facility teams.

7. Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders for complaints, work permits, breakdowns, projects and ad-hoc requirements.

8. Maintain facility MIS, AMC records, PPM schedules, equipment logs, statutory registers, inventory and operational documentation.

9. Monitor consumables, spares, energy/utilities and service costs, supporting effective **cost control and resource optimization**.

10. Drive audits, RCA/CAPA, emergency preparedness, safety initiatives and continuous improvement to enhance overall facility performance.

11. Drive MMR & QBR and Monthly Billing and Collections.
