Mega Lifesciences is looking for an Assistant/Executive Supply Chain to work closely with the Sr. Manager Supply Chain in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.
Job Summary
As an Assistant/Executive Supply Chain, your key tasks include:
- Managing and operating ERP software efficiently to support supply chain processes.
- Handling freight management systems with accuracy and timeliness.
- Preparing and submitting export documentation in compliance with all regulatory norms.
- Maintaining and organizing data to ensure smooth operational flows and reporting.
Qualification & Experience
Applications are invited from interested candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate qualification is a plus).
- 1–2 years of experience in handling export/import documentation.
- 2–3 years of experience in working with CMO/external manufacturers or within the pharmaceutical supply chain.
Skills & Knowledge
The ideal candidate is equipped with basic computer literacy and demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP and freight management software are essential. A responsible, focused, and team-oriented mindset is key, with the capability to deliver accurate documentation under pressure and maintain collaborative relationships to achieve operational excellence.
