• Good knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws.

• Hands-on experience in HR Operations and Employee Engagement activities.

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil, with good verbal communication skills in these languages.
