Assistant Engineer-Tool Room Die Manaufacturing

Knowledge of die assembly + spotting after machining.

Knowledge of safety in die and material handling and press operation and hand work.

Should be able to lead team of temporary fitter/die maker.

Knowledge of manufacturing of cutting die, cam operation dies.

Correction of dies as per try-out feedback. Decide corrective action after try-out.

Conduct try-out of dies and produce acceptable part visually and dimensionally.

Offer for inspection, collect report and analyze for correction of dies.

Handover the dies to production after closing of all open issues functionally and quality

Should be capable of handling: - Press machine with safety measures, Dies & Material with safety,Overhead Crane.

Minimum qualification - DME

Ability to read engineering drawing,Total experience of 3 to 4 years.He must have knowledge about the Measuring instruments and their use
