Assistant Director

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive business growth, improve customer engagement, and increase revenue.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze project performance data to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and inform future strategy development.

Job Requirements :

• 10-17 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful GTM strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and ability to lead complex projects from start to finish.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
