Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective coaching strategies to improve team performance.
• Build strong relationships with students through mentoring, leadership skills, and team building activities.
• Design and deliver physical education programs that promote healthy lifestyles.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., reports) to identify areas for improvement in sports management.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop policies and procedures related to athletics.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in teaching, coaching, or a related field.
• B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required; relevant certifications preferred.
• Proven track record of success in developing teams that achieve high levels of performance.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
