Assistant Director Business Forecasting Planning Operations

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director Business Forecasting & Planning to support the Consulting Service Line in driving strategic and operational excellence. The role will work closely with Service Line leadership and core operations teams to enable effective workforce planning, financial management, resource optimization, and business performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver Management Information (MI) reports for assigned sectors/geographies.
• Lead capacity planning, resource fulfillment, and demand vs. supply analysis.
• Drive workforce planning, mobility planning, bench management, and hiring management.
• Partner with Finance, Talent, Procurement, and other enablement functions to support employee lifecycle processes.
• Monitor utilization, productivity, and operational metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, reforecasting, and headcount reviews.
• Conduct cost analysis, P&L reviews, and investment analysis for business teams.
• Review hiring requests and support workforce decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with defined processes and maintain process documentation.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders across geographies.

Qualifications
