Job Description:
- Responsible for mechanical design, 2D/3D design checking, design calculations and analysis.
- Handle design & development activities, APQP, validation/verification and error-free design releases.
- Manage Enquiry and ECM activities through PLM/Windchill within defined timelines.
- Drive standardization, product variant reduction, PDCA and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers and internal teams for design and technical issues.
- Use 7 QC Tools, DOE/Minitab and problem-solving techniques for design-related improvements.
Key Skills: CREO (Must), PLM/Windchill, MS Excel/Office, APQP, 7 QC Tools, DOE/Minitab, Automotive Component Design.
Qualification: BE / Diploma Mechanical / Automobile / Production
