Job description

Responsibilities:

• Aluminum Die Casting Design: Understanding of HPDC processes, die construction, part design, draft, wall thickness, fillets, parting line, slides/core mechanisms, etc.
• UG NX & AutoCAD: Ability to create and modify 3D die-casting designs and 2D manufacturing drawings.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with manufacturing, tooling, quality, production, and customers to complete projects.
• Standards & customer requirements: Ensure designs meet applicable industry standards, drawing requirements, and customer specifications.
• 2D/3D design & drawings: Strong ability to interpret and prepare engineering drawings, GD&T, dimensions, tolerances, and design documentation.
