Assistant/Deputy Manager- Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to on boarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies for attracting high-quality talent across various functions and levels.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
• Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth candidate closures.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-8 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions.
• Exposure to stakeholder management and direct sourcing techniques.
