We are seeking an experienced Assistant/Deputy Manager - Project Sales to join our team. As an Assistant/Deputy Manager - Project Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing projects, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and revenue targets for the company
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Provide input on project proposals, tenders, and contracts
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with company standards
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, sales, and client interactions
Requirements
- 4-9 years of experience in sales, project management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including architecture, building, and civil contracting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Mason, Carpenter, and Electrical Consultant skills are a plus
