I. JOB DETAILS

Assistant / Deputy Manager (MECP) - Sales & Marketing

II. JOB PURPOSE
To grow the MECP Sales channel and service all existing accounts.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
- To lead local MECP Team.
- To demonstrate relations with internal clinicians.
- To meet doctors and Nursing Home Owners with team.
- Guide & Motivate Team to achieve targets.
- To ensure that business reports are made on daily, weekly & monthly basis to review Sales plans and plan accordingly for any lag.
- Organizing promotional activities such as health checkup camps, CMEs, Health Talks,
- Pehal Training, Doc Connects short duration course, thereby enhancing brand recall and trust.
- Deploying successful Sales initiatives and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- To track the sales peoples’ performance on daily basis with various MIS tools.
- To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective areas.
- Plan & Execute product training for team & self.
- To demonstrate complete knowledge about product, area and competitors.
- To track the ‘doctors’ performance over a period of time.
- To provide market linked feedback to the marketing team.
- To achieve the target revenue from the assign territory.
- 100% Sales Force Adherence.
IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Measurable Deliverables
- Timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Territory wise targets to be achieved.
- Successful management of CME/RTM/Doctors Short Duration Process
- Maintaining the MECP data and build relationship with internal and external doctors.
V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
Any Graduate, preferably: MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma
Experience
Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Healthcare Industry, Preferable handling MECP vertical
