Assistant / Deputy Manager - Human Resource - Mumbai

Job Summary
Looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Recruitment and Administration for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle including joining, onboarding, orientation, transfers and exit formalities.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing from Job portals, screening, interviews, selection and coordination with corporate HR team.
• Manage employee queries, attendance, leave, discipline, grievances and HR policies/processes.
• Coordinate PMS, KRA setting, increments, bonus and promotion processes with HODs and Corporate HR.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS, oversee payroll inputs for international team, manpower and employee-related reports.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives, training coordination and internal communication.
• Maintain organization structures and organograms and coordinate organizational changes.
• Oversee HR Administration, including housekeeping, office support and related vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with consultants for Shops & Establishment, MLWF and statutory compliance.
• Work closely with Corporate HR, Finance, IT, Admin and business teams for smooth HR operations.

• Understanding of Payroll and HR MIS exposure
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple HR activities
