Assistant /Deputy Manager Corporate Sales

Corporate Sales & Wellness: Execute territory sales strategies to acquire MNC, corporate, and SME clients; sell customized corporate wellness, annual check-ups, and diagnostic packages.

Government & Tenders: Track, prepare, and bid for RFPs/tenders across CGHS, ECHS, ESIC, CAPF, Defence, and PSUs while securing government empanelments and renewals.

Key Account Management: Act as the primary SPOC for key clients, driving repeat business, cross-selling, upselling, SLA compliance, and long-term retention.

Operations & Health Camps: Plan and manage on-site corporate health screening camps in coordination with operations, logistics, and lab teams.

Commercials & Collections: Negotiate proposals, ensure timely contract execution, oversee billing, and manage collections to maintain healthy DSO/ageing metrics.

Team Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor the sales team, monitor performance KPIs, analyze market trends, and gather competitor intelligence to refine offerings.
