About the Role:

We are looking for a customer-focused, organized, and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and provide administrative support to the General Manager. In this dual-impact role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional client experiences, resolving queries efficiently, and driving smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Support & Relationship Management

• Primary Point of Contact: Inbound phone calls for new and existing clients warmly and professionally.
• Query Resolution: Address client inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to escalate, track, and resolve client issues promptly.
• Client Relationship Nurturing: Maintain positive long-term relationships with clients throughout their engagement lifecycle.

Executive & Administrative Support

• Direct support to the General Manager in day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling, and client communications.
• Maintain organized client records, interaction logs, and operational reports.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or executive assistance (Real Estate industry experience strongly preferred).
• Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Telugu (spoken and written).
• Work Schedule Availability: Willingness to work on Sundays (with a fixed weekly off on Tuesdays).
