CRM Executive / Senior CRM

Location: KDMC, Dombivali, Mumbai

We are looking for a customer-focused CRM professional to manage post-sales activities and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the property journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle post-sales CRM activities from booking to possession.
• Maintain accurate customer records, documentation and CRM data.
• Handle customer queries related to agreements, payments, demands and possession.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and required documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely updates.
• Prepare CRM reports, MIS and customer status updates.
• Ensure timely closure of customer requests and complaints.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Post-Sales CRM.
• Good understanding of real estate documentation and customer lifecycle.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
• Graduate preferred.
• Candidates from the real estate industry will be preferred.
