Experience: 8-12 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering
Industry Preference: Integrated Steel Plant / Captive Power Plant / Thermal Power Plant / Process Industry

Job Purpose
To lead the Control & Instrumentation function of the Captive Power Plant by ensuring reliable operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration and optimization of instrumentation, automation and control systems for uninterrupted power generation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of C&I systems.
• Maintain DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI and field instruments.
• Calibrate pressure, temperature, flow and level transmitters.
• Maintain control valves, actuators and analyzers.
• Support boiler and turbine instrumentation.
• Carry out loop checking and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate shutdowns and commissioning.
• Maintain calibration records and PM history.
• Supervise C&I engineers, technicians and contractors.
• Ensure safety, statutory and ISO compliance.
