Role & responsibilities

• Board Support: Prepare meeting notices, agendas, board papers, and resolutions for directors.
• Minute Taking: Attend meetings and write accurate records of decisions.
• Statutory Filings: File regular forms and returns with regulatory authorities like the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
• Record Maintenance: Keep statutory registers, member lists, and company books up to date.
• Compliance Tracking: Monitor legal deadlines and track changes in corporate laws.
• Communication: Coordinate with auditors, legal teams, and senior executives

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Qualified Company Secretary degree

Legal Knowledge: Good understanding of company laws, compliance standards, and corporate governance.
