Position: Assistant Manager - Collections

Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Industry: Domestic Banking / BPO
Process: Outbound Collections

Eligibility:

• Graduate (mandatory)
• Experience in collections, banking collections, recovery, or outbound customer service preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience handling delinquent accounts and payment follow-ups

Salary:

• Up to 6.5 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound collection calls to customers
• Follow up on overdue payments and resolve customer queries
• Meet collection and productivity targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with collection policies and banking guidelines

Preferred Profile:

• Collections/Recovery experience in Banking, NBFC, or BPO
• Good negotiation and customer handling skills
• Comfortable working in target-driven environments
