Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Assistant Clinic In-Charge (ACIN) to support the smooth functioning of daily clinic operations. The candidate will assist the Clinic In-Charge in patient coordination, staff coordination, documentation, and overall clinic administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinic In-Charge in managing day-to-day clinic operations.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare staff.
• Support patient registration, appointments, follow-ups, and patient coordination.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and provide assistance to patients and attendants.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor clinic supplies and coordinate for timely availability.
• Assist in maintaining clinic protocols and SOPs.
• Escalate operational issues to the Clinic In-Charge.
• Support staff coordination and daily task allocation as required.
• Prepare and maintain basic operational reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Clinic In-Charge or management.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma in Healthcare, Nursing, Life Sciences, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
• Healthcare or clinic experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Good coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle patients and staff professionally.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Preferred Candidates

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates who can join within 15 days or less will be given preference.
• Candidates willing to work in shifts.
• Candidates available to work in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
