Assist the Business Manager in managing daily business operations and achieving organizational objectives. Monitor sales performance, revenue growth, and branch business targets. Track inventory, stock movement, and product availability in coordination with relevant teams. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports. Identify business improvement opportunities and suggest corrective actions. Participate in management reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluation activities.
